This very spacious townhouse has recently undergone a makeover, and is the ultimate beach holiday house & location! This property offers a similar space to an average sized house, so don’t be put off by “townhouse”

The North facing courtyard/bbq area opens onto the Arakwal National Park & reserve.  This is a safe and regularly mowed grassed area for the kids to kick a ball etc. and the whole time you can watch them from the courtyard. The reserve also makes for a short cut to some of Byron’s famous attractions.

The townhouse sleeps 7pax with 2 queens and 3 single beds. The master suite has a flat screen T.V.  There are 2 bathrooms (one with bath) and 3 toilets. Each of the bedrooms have ceiling fans.

There is a spacious living area with open plan dining and a well equipped kitchen. This area leads out onto the bbq area with hammock and sun beds to kick back and relax.

We also include for your enjoyment, board games for the family as well as bikes, boogie boards and 2 surf boards. There are also 2 outdoor showers to wash off the salt and sand from a fun day at the beach.

There is parking for 2 cars.
